Perfect pick me up gift for cancer or someone going through illness.
A few months ago, a friend of mine sent this blanket to my husband who was recovering from brain surgery. It came most unexpectedly as she was not my husband's friend, but he embraced wholeheartedly. The weight is perfect (think Goldilocks), and he brought it from room to room like the Snoopy character, Linus. He still reclines with it over his legs.Fast forward to this past week when my dearest friend's daughter underwent complex surgery at Mayo Clinic. Although I didn't know her well, my husband suggested gifting her with the comfort blanket. Her response and its effect was duplicated with this woman. After returning from the hospital it was waiting for her & she immediately put it on her lap, then later slept with it, traveled back home in the car wrapped in it, & is now recuperating at her mother's house swathed in the blanket. She was very moved to receive it & said it did bring her comfort. We've taken to calling it the magical blanket...need I say more?

I got this for my mom, she was diagnosed with cancer and was having surgery soon to try to remove it, I wanted her to be able to have this to keep her strong and know we love her, since nobody could go with her. It’s super soft and warm which is good for chemo because cancer patients get cold often. The second I gave it to her she started crying, she loved it so much and she did bring it to the hospital with her. I highly recommend this if you have a loved one going through a hard time or hospitalization. It’s such a beautiful thoughtful gift
Was a gift for someone with cancer. It was wrapped with a ribbon so I didn’t get to open it but it felt nice. Was on the smaller side.
